Functional nutrition considers all the interconnected aspects of health, diet, and lifestyle. For example, we look at stress levels and they way they impact digestion. We assess gut health if we see skin or joint issues. We look for root causes, rather than only treating symptoms. Most importantly, we customize the plan to fit your lifestyle–not the other way around.
Many clients are looking to address:
- Weight gain / weight loss resistance
- Low energy / burnout / adrenal fatigue
- Hormone imbalances, perimenopause
- Chronic pain or inflammation
- Digestive issues, IBS, SIBO, food sensitivities
- Autoimmune disorders
We work together for a minimum of 3 months in order to create lasting change.
I do not accept insurance at this time. However, payment plans are available.
No. While dietary habits and nutrition are core pillars of the program, this is not a one-size-fits-all diet plan. Based on your history, your personal plan may incorporate elements of other diets you’ve heard of (or maybe even have tried) before. But, the comprehensive program is personalized for you.
Coaching works best when we can see each other face to face, but occasional phone sessions are no problem.

I work with people who are ready to invest their time and resources into improving their health. For many clients, this means weight loss, improved digestion, better energy, reduced risk factors for chronic disease, better sleep, and less chronic pain. I tend to work with people over 40, especially perimenopausal women, but I have experience with all ages.
If you already have a system for reliably achieving your health goals through nutrition and exercise, you may not need coaching. If you already have a rigid dietary framework you are unwilling to deviate from, my coaching is probably not for you. If you’re unwilling to try new things, or make small but meaningful lifestyle changes this program is probably not the best fit for you. Or, if you’re looking for a “magic bullet” type of diet, this isn’t that.
